Day-Of Coordination

We will be your personal assistant for the entire wedding day and ensure that every aspect comes together perfectly.

Day-of coordination includes:

Assisting wedding party with tasks
Maintain schedule to keep hair/makeup, transportation, and photo/video on time
A walk through of your ceremony space and venue
Coordination of vendor arrival, set-up and breakdown
Ensuring payment to all vendors

We become the point of contact for your venue, vendors, and guests so you can sit back and enjoy your day!

Four Week Coordination

Now that the major planning is done, let us take over in the final weeks so you can relax!

As part of this package we will:

Create wedding day timeline
Communicate with all of your vendors
Review your headcount with your venue
Finalize your menu

We take care of the last minute preparations so you can be stress free leading up to your big day.
